Chapter 103: Lu Jun
【Content Note: implied coercion / rough intimacy】
Without warning, Lu Jun pushed him straight into the bathroom. Li Dong was so startled that his whole body tensed. His fine suit jacket, his tie: “No, no, what are you trying to do?” At the very least, he had to save the tie, or he’d risk ending up completely stripped.
With a loud bang, the young killer slammed the door shut. His expression was complicated as he drew the gun from his waistband, grabbed the a**hole straight guy’s tie, and pressed the muzzle to his forehead. “Have sex with me.”
It was that simple. He wanted to taste a straight guy, right now, immediately, this instant.
“Wh-what…” Li Dong froze, eyes widening in disbelief. A second later, his ears flushed red. “What do you mean?” He honestly didn’t get it.
“Don’t play dumb. I mean it literally.” Lu Jun didn’t believe for a second that a man in his twenties didn’t know what sex meant.
“That’s… not right.” Li Dong dodged backward somewhat in shock.
“F*ck!” Lu Jun yanked him back by the tie, bit his ear, and growled, “Top me. Otherwise I’ll blow your brains out right now. Hurry up. I always keep my word.”
The cold barrel pressed against his temple. At this distance, Li Dong could tell perfectly well that this lunatic was dead serious.
“Mm, okay, okay…” Li Dong stammered, nodding quickly.
“Be wilder, don’t dawdle!” Lu Jun barked, tearing through every obstacle between them, his own, and his prey’s.
The movements looked rough but never actually hurt. For someone known to kill without blinking, the so-called devil’s touch was unexpectedly careful.
And that was how Li Dong, who’d spent an entire lifetime being calm and proper, found himself dragged into the chaos of Lu Jun’s madness.
Li “Wild” Dong taking a break was impossible. In this lifetime it was impossible. (Cue the tears)
He skillfully pinned down Lu Jun, this “terrifying” killer who had never known intimacy.
“F*ck... f*ck...” Lu Jun’s voice was hoarse. In just a few short hours, he called out this word in 360 different tones, long or short, high or low.
The “battle” that followed was noisy, reckless, and far from one-sided.
If you asked Li Dong what war felt like before today, he couldn’t have answered.
After today, he knew.
War was rolling in the sheets with Lu Jun.
F*ck… f*ck!
He wasn’t human.
Forget a little seahorse, Li Dong thought he might as well try to eat a whale next time.
“F*ck!” As expected, just like he’d imagined, this man who looked like a weakling was fierce as hell, like he’d taken some kind of performance enhancer. He was incredibly strong.
It was exactly what Lu Jun had wanted.
Hours later, the moon rose over the sea.
Only then did the little cabin’ battle finally quiet down.
Li Dong lay there catching his breath. “C-can I… take a shower now?” He sounded like he might die if he said another word.
Lu Jun couldn’t even reply. He just patted the bed beside him, too drained to lift an arm.
Impressive, impressive. Respect, respect.
Li Dong staggered into the bathroom, more exhausted than he’d ever been.
The next morning, at eight, sunlight streamed through the round porthole.
“I… f***…” Lu Jun woke and moved slightly. His entire body ached as if flattened by a truck, painful and not painful, strangely pleasant.
That signature curse of his jolted Li Dong awake.
Who am I? Where am I? What did I just do?
Those three questions ran through his mind before he finally came to. His voice was still raspy. “What time is it now?”
“I…” Lu Jun almost snapped, how the f*** would I know, but stopped himself halfway. To his own disbelief, his tone softened. “I’ll check my phone.”
Damn it, this isn’t me.
“Oh,” Li Dong said. “Are you alright?” Since it was the first time, the one on the receiving end would definitely feel worse than him.
“I’m fine.” Lu Jun blinked hard. “Ahem, 8:12.”
“So late?” Li Dong pressed closer with a sigh. “Then I should get up. Are you getting up?”
“No.” Lu Jun groaned. “I’m lying here a bit longer.” His waist wouldn’t let him pretend otherwise.
“Mm.” Li Dong moved a hand, then froze in horror. His wrist was cuffed to the headboard. “Mr. Kidnapper…” The terrifying protagonist shou was completely insane.
“Wait.” Lu Jun pulled a key from somewhere, propped himself up, and unlocked it. He’d apparently done it half asleep during the night.
“Thank you.” Li Dong rubbed his wrist tenderly.
“Who told you my name is Mr. Kidnapper?” Lu Jun pinched his chin, displeased. “It’s Lu Jun. Remember it.”
“Oh, Mr. Lu,” Li Dong said.
That sounded just as distant as Mr. Kidnapper!
“Don’t call me Mr. Lu. Pick something else.”
“Something else?” Li Dong asked softly.
“How should I know? Figure it out.” Lu Jun scowled, irritated, mostly at himself.
“Then… Xiao Jun?” Li Dong offered tentatively.
“…Lose the ‘Mr.’”
“Xiao Jun,” Li Dong said, his voice clear and gentle.
Lu Jun froze, then clapped a hand to his nose in a panic, as if something hot was rushing upward.
“Uh, I’ll go shower.” Li Dong turned and hurried off.
“…” Lu Jun sat there clutching his face, thinking.
Two words filled his head: It’s over.
He’d fallen for a type of man he usually hated. His little shou heart, 21 years untouched, was exploding over and over again.
In the bathroom, Li Dong showered leisurely.
He had been exhausted before bed, but youth was forgiving. After a few hours’ sleep, he was full of energy again.
“Xiao Jun.” He stepped out, drops of water sliding down his hair. His refined, handsome face was strikingly beautiful. “I’ll go buy breakfast for you, alright? What kind of hot drink do you want?”
“…” Lu Jun looked up by instinct.
F*ck. The man was so good-looking it hurt to breathe.
How could anyone look that good, smiling softly at the bedside, when in bed he’d been…
So wild it made one unable to close their legs.
“If you haven’t decided, I’ll get milk,” Li Dong said, tilting his head.
Even that looked unfairly good. Damn
“I’ll just take a little money.” Li Dong bent down, picked up Lu Jun’s pants, and took a bill from the pocket.
Even bending down looked good. Damn.
“Then I’ll go now.” Li Dong leaned close. “I’ll be back soon. See you.”
Lu Jun covered his face and fell back on the bed. “F*ck, f*ck, f*ck.” How could someone be this pleasing to the eye? Did sleeping together make people look like that?
That firm, possessive feeling in his chest was unbearable.
“F*ck!” He threw off the blanket, pulled on his pants, grabbed his gun, and rushed out without even washing up.
That beautiful Eastern face was now covered in a don’t-come-near-me morning scowl.
Quite a few foreign beauties and gay men who wanted to flirt with him followed him with burning gazes from a distance.
Lu Jun ignored them all, scanning the busy dining hall. His eyes darted anxiously, but no sign of that infuriatingly handsome man.
“Xiao Jun.” Li Dong’s voice came from nearby. He walked over holding a takeaway breakfast.
“I’ll f***ing—!” Lu Jun grabbed his hand on reflex and snapped, “Who told you that you could act on your own?” He’d said it clearly before, don’t leave his sight.
“Huh?”
“Huh your a**!” Lu Jun snarled. “Back to the room!”
“You’re hurting my hand,” Li Dong said as he followed.
“Hmph.” Lu Jun immediately let go, only to grab his arm instead.
“I wasn’t trying to run,” Li Dong said, amused.
“Run your a**.” Lu Jun looked once, then again. Damn it, that smile. Too pretty.
Back in the cabin, Li Dong happily laid out the breakfast and invited him to eat.
“I haven’t washed up. You eat first.” Lu Jun took two steps toward the bathroom, then turned back and glared. “I’m not cuffing you. Behave. If you step out that door, I’ll shoot you.”
Li Dong rubbed his ear. He’d heard that threat so many times he could recite it. “Oh, okay.”
What kind of attitude was that!
Still, Lu Jun felt strangely calm as he drifted into the bathroom.
While brushing his teeth and washing his face, he couldn’t even focus.
Cold water didn’t help either.
Lu Jun, he told the mirror. You’re a killer. Don’t fall for your prey.
That’s a death sentence.
“Xiao Jun? Xiao Jun?” Li Dong’s voice called from the door. “Breakfast’s getting cold. Come eat while it’s hot.”
“Haa…” Lu Jun thudded his forehead against the mirror. What was cooling down wasn’t breakfast—it was him.
That voice. How could it sound that good? Damn!
The young killer opened the door immediately and went out to join his maddeningly gentle prey.
“You’re here? Sit down,” Li Dong said. “I spread butter on your bread. There’s smoked meat too. I’m not sure how it tastes.” He took a bite, smiled. “Pretty good.”
Lu Jun looked at him like a man facing execution, then sat down and picked up a slice. “You call this good? I’ll just eat bread. The rest’s yours.”
Milk, hmph, let him drink it.
Meat, hmph, let him eat it.
“Alright, I think it’s fine.” Li Dong munched on the smoked meat, pleased. “How long will we be on the ship?”
Lu Jun’s hand paused mid-air, his face dark where Li Dong couldn’t see.
“About a week. We’ll arrive at XX Port.”
“Oh.” Li Dong’s tone was soft, a bit wistful. Which meant in a week’s time, he and Lu Jun would have to face what came next.
As someone who constantly observed his prey, Lu Jun couldn’t miss that expression. “What’s wrong? Something you want to ask me?”
Surely he’d want to know what awaited on shore.
“I won’t ask. You wouldn’t tell me anyway,” Li Dong said, calmly returning to his breakfast with the same graceful movements as always.
“Tsk. How do you know I won’t talk if you don’t ask?” Lu Jun bit into his bread, annoyed.
“Then I’ll ask.” Li Dong met his eyes. “Will my life be in danger?”
The moment those clear peach-blossom eyes met his, Lu Jun’s entire body went still. “No.”
There wouldn’t be. Not in this lifetime.
Unless Lu Xiao-jun died first.
